CRMS Mission Statement:
To develop a network of strategically located railcar maintenance facilities, which provide a variety of services to satisfy our customers specific needs. Providing the utmost in cost effective, quality based, and customer service oriented maintenance for your fleet.
CRMS Foundation:
CRMS was developed to create a network of maintenance facilities, to allow our customers with a central point of contact for the shopping of their railcar fleet. CRMS is the outsourced sales arm for these facilities we represent. Our contractual relationship allows both CRMS and the facilities to work as an extension of one another. These facilities have agreed with the advantages of outsourcing their sales efforts and the ability of all parties working together to develop win/win/win relationships.
Increasing tariffs, movement costs, and overall travel/management charges; have driven customers to locate facilities in close proximity to handle their maintenance needs.
Utilizing an experienced staff and with daily contact with the facilities we have, we can assist in directing cars to specific facilities, based maintenance requirements, minimizing throughput, and attempting to reduce overall costs. This assistance could further provide an additional element in your effective fleet utilization.
