Officer Profiles CRMS offers a variety of experience within our staff to assist in the proper shopping of your railcars. This experience includes a vast array of knowledge, including:
Craig Bargowski – PrincipleTen years of railcar industry experience in a variety of aspects including maintenance facility operation, facility development, Customer service program implementation, railcar inspection and personnel training, and account management. Have numerous contacts in the industry including a large variety of railcar owners, shippers, and management companies. Background in Environmental engineering and chemistry and began working in the railcar industry as a consultant for GATX, developing and managing their railcar cleaning activities in East Chicago , IN. Was promoted to Manager of their railcar training program, training GATX's customers and their employees on transportation regulations, environmental regulations, and railcar nomenclature. Also, assisted in third party maintenance provider management, fleet acquisitions, and fleet profiling. Was appointed Account Manager in charge of “special accounts”, responsible for all aspects of account management and customer service related to customers. Consistently exceeded established sales and performance goals. Began CRMS in April, 2001 and developed multi facility sales and customer service initiative. Responsibilities include of all aspects of business from development, accounting, training, growth, marketing, and overall business strategy. Have increased number of established contacts throughout all aspects of railcar industry and has experienced continual growth of the company and overall revenues experienced by facilities represented. Gena Kasperbauer Twenty-one years of rail industry experience in various capacities including Manager Sales Administration, Manager Quality Planning and Manager Information Systems of a $40 million organization that offered components for new and existing freight cars nationally and internationally under the leadership of Denis Brzezinski, my dad who was my mentor, partner and best friend. Responsibilities have included the direction and supervision of Sales Administration, Quality Planning for all departments, Management Information Systems, Marketing and Advertising activities, and was part of the team that led to receiving the Edgerton Quality Award for Small Business in 1995. |
