Current Openings
We're a growing company and we're always looking for people who are sharp, driven, and ready to work in a fast-moving industry. Here's what we're hiring for right now.
Own and grow a book of business across the Gulf Coast territory. You'll work directly with chemical, energy, and industrial shippers to identify their railcar service needs and position CRMS as their long-term partner. Strong existing relationships in the region are a major plus.
What we are looking for: Rail industry background preferred. Self-starter. Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline.
Drive new business and expand existing accounts across one of the country's most active rail corridors. You'll represent the full CRMS service portfolio — cleaning, storage, leasing, repair, and more — to a diverse mix of shippers, operators, and logistics companies.
What we are looking for: 2+ years in rail, logistics, or industrial sales. Relationships with Class I railroads or shippers a strong advantage.
Work the phones and inbox to qualify leads, support territory managers, and turn inquiries into active accounts. You'll be the first voice many customers hear from CRMS — and a key part of why they stay. Great entry point for someone wanting to build a career in rail logistics sales.
What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills. CRM experience helpful. Rail background not required — we'll train the right person.
Support senior account managers in managing day-to-day customer needs, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining account health across a portfolio of rail logistics customers. High-visibility role with a clear path to full account ownership.
What we are looking for: Organized, proactive, and customer-focused. Supply chain, logistics, or operations background preferred.

10+ Years at CRMS
What keeps me here is the variety. In one week I might be working a deal with a Class I railroad in the Midwest and closing a storage agreement down in the Gulf Coast. No two days look the same, and the team rallies around you when things get complicated.

Rail is a people business, and CRMS understands that better than anyone I've worked for. The institutional knowledge on this team is extraordinary. I learn something new every week, and leadership genuinely listens when you have something to say.
